Equity Metrics LLC, based in Boston, MA, was founded in 2022 by Ricardo Moreno to address the educational gaps that emerged during the COVID-19 lockdowns. These lockdowns highlighted the inequities in student access to resources and mentorship, particularly within the Boston Public School system.

Ricardo Moreno has been working in education and test prep since 2013. With a background as a licensed teacher, program director, and expertise in educational policy (M.S., Education & M.S., Food and Nutrition Programs and Policies), Ricardo brings a wealth of experience to Equity Metrics.
